This session will provide information to the participants on the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act (730 ILCS 150), Illinois Murderer & Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act (730 ILCS 154) and all restrictions pertaining to child sex offenders and sexual predators in Illinois found in 720 ILCS 5/11-9.3 and 9.4-1. This session will provide valuable information for law enforcement regarding all laws pertaining to registrants in Illinois. This session will not contain LEADS training.
