Emergency Medical Response Training and Certification – 3.0 hours /1.75 scenario based
Procedural Justice – 1.0 hour
Objectives: To train participants to save the life of victims in cardiac arrest through high-quality CPR. This course teaches how to perform high-quality CPR individually or as part of a team. Students will learn rescue techniques for adults, children, and infants. This course will also teach the importance of an AED and the appropriate use of an AED. This course also teaches first aid skills to include: basic first aid, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, and environmental emergencies.
Instructor Materials Needed: learning videos, instructor manuals, training AED, training manikins, first aid supplies, cleaning supplies, skills check off lists, and student manuals.
