THE WZ Seminar on Criminal Interview and Interrogation is unique in that it provides training in multiple techniques of interview and interrogation. The WZ Non-Confrontational Method is a structured, conversational approach that often results in an admission (or multiple admissions) without the suspect ever making a denial or protesting his innocence. Moreover, the resulting legally acceptable confession often includes information not revealed during the investigation.
The seminar topics include:
~ Room Setting and Preparation
~ Legal Aspects
~ Interpretation of Verbal and Physical Behavior
~ Non-Accusatory Behavioral Interviews
~ The WZ Non-Confrontational Method*
~ The Reid Method**
~ Theme Development
~ Handling Denials
~ Handling Explanatory Denials
~ Enticement Questions
~ Obtaining the Admission
~ Development of the Admission
~ The Written or Recorded Confession
Enrollment is limited.
